The Southern Wastes are the area south of the Regina River and between the
Mountains of Mindella and Helden. The area is barren grassland that seems to be
in a perpetual drought. Barely any flora grows there. However, herds of pajik do
roam the area. Roving bands of pajik hunters make good business here. However,
so do bandit lords and Ramuluk war parties.
