The Reshal Havar are rumored to be a secret order of servants loyal to Ogolion,
the menace of all beings. They are said to dwell in Lon-Tor, deep within The
Endless Desert. They wear blood red robes with the symbol of Ogolion emblazoned
upon them. They are thought to be half-human creatures.
