Illoria is an island nation situated in the northern part of the Western Sea
close to Zalar. Illoria is ruled by King Roland, however the ageing king is on
his deathbed. Rule of Illoria has passed to the king's coldhearted minister,
Francis Ollier. Ollier has oppressed the populace of Illoria ruthlessly. Now,
due to a failed sailing expedition, Illoria is bankrupt and buried in their
debt. The populace seeks rebellion against Ollier. Illoria is known for its
maritime industry and naval power.
